Angry Program that can hack into the pentagon?
I came across this small telnet type program, i ran it but it does nothing it just blinks i'm wondering if it's working i packet sniffed it but it's not even doing anything maybe it's because of my service pack or lack of one... i uploaded it to virustotal

Maybe i'm missing some file? i dunno it seems clean i disassembled it looks ok, i just wish the damn thing worked for me.

Anyway it was on one of them share sites so i downloaded it and put a copy on my server
