Need help with my trojan :(

I've made a trojan with Poison Ivy 2.3, it works a treat on computers with no firewall software or anti-virus lol I really wanna make it so its undectedable by at least: Norton, Microsoft, McAfee, Kaparsky software. I've tried adding bytes to it and i attempted and failed at a hex editor. May someone either make my trojan undectable for me, or give me software that will or talk me through it step by step. Thanks :)
btw, when i put the Server file into a Self-extracting .exe file, it doesn't get detected as easily, however as soon as the victim installs it, their anti-virus just deletes it.

sorry to double post.... i'm now able to make my trojan undetectable by most AV, but now the Server.exe file won't work, no matter what i try to change can't get it going. [Only registered users can see links. ] < put details there on page 2. once again sorry for double posting
