DevHook 0.46 Firmware 2.71 - 2.8X Hybrid loader with an excellent user interface and some cool extra options (It will load all the games I am listing including the newer releases). I recommend it over the other two versions here but I will leave them up in case somebody wants them. To install: just move the folders from "MS_ROOT" to the root of you psp memory stick and overwrite when prompted. Be sure to first unflash any versions placed in your ROM.

If you've played the original Mega Man X, the setups, scenarios, and battles will
seem largely familiar to you. Visually, however, this is completely new, with crisp
3D graphics to modernize the experience and some new anime vignettes to help tell
the story. Toss in some cool bonus content and the same great gameplay as the
original, and you've got a remake well worth playing.

Mega Man Powered Up

Powered Up is a remake of the very first Mega Man for the NES, using a similar method of
upgrading. But where Maverick Hunter X was mostly content to just redo the original game
with an additional playable character and some shuffled power-up locations, Powered Up goes
the extra mile, making all of its various bosses unlockable, playable characters, revamping
many of the core level designs, and adding a whole mess of crazy challenge minigames, as
well as a full-fledged level editor.

Call it Grand Theft Auto Gaiden. While there have been handheld takes on the GTA series
in the past, none of them have ever properly captured the things that made the modern
installments in the series so popular. Things like the sprawling environments, its
fast-action freestyle mayhem, and, of course, the series' great sense of humor just
haven't come across on a handheld before. Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is
not without its problems, either; but it gets enough of the series' signature features
in there to do you right.

Need for Speed Carbon: Own the City is, for all intents and purposes, an entirely
different game from the Need for Speed Carbon that's currently appearing on the
Xbox 360, PC, PlayStation 2, and so on. The basic conceit is much the same--you
and your team of street racers take on other crews in a bid to take total control
of the city--but a lot of the details are different and many are better for it.

cartoon C.O.P.S., Pursuit Force puts you in the role of a rookie cop in a titular police
squad that's out to stop the roving gangs of Capital City by driving crazy, shooting
even crazier, and jumping like an absolute lunatic from moving car to moving car.
It's silly, it's challenging, and it's kind of awesome.

Rengoku II: The Stairway to H.E.A.V.E.N

Rengoku II: The Stairway to H.E.A.V.E.N. doesn't completely compensate for the murky
pool of tedium that was the original Rengoku, but Hudson and Konami have undoubtedly
started taking its concept of grim robot gladiatorial combat in the right direction.
The tight focus on robot death and robot customization remains the same, but it's
done more thoughtfully here, with a greater selection of weapons, more-interesting
arenas, and better overall pacing. It's not hard to spend hours tweaking your android
and then testing your configuration in battle.
