Default Maha Blanka recipe (Corn, coconut Pudding)

For pudding

1Can Corn kernel
1Can Coconut milk
1C of fresh milk
3/4C white sugar
3/4 Cornstarch

For Topping:
1Can coconut milk
1C water
(pour in a pan, turn on the heat stirring constantly. lower the heat after it boils and continue stirring in low heat until the oil separates and turns to brown.drain the oil and set aside)

1.Mix all Pudding Ingredients and let it boil while stirring constantly in medium heat. Simmer until fully thickened and smooth. Transfer the hot mixture in a prepared dish. Use the coconut oil from the topping to smoothen the top.(You can also use the oil when cutting and before pouring in a dish to avoid sticking.) Let the pudding cool then sprinkle the prepared topping over and serve.
