you can and should check first...

if your on a dynamic config..

try to ping the sites first, see to it that it replies to your query
if not the check your connection...including your ip,sub,gateway...

log on using another browser, if you succeed, then it is within your google chrome browser...

you may need these...

release your ip, then renew,
flush your dns, then register...

if your behind a router with a static address...be sure your gateway is the ip of your router thus your ip is within your dynamic pool address...

you should check you lan settings of your browser...

if your using a proxy...change to auto...

and lastly if problem still persist, reformat is the best answer...but prior to that you can scan with AV if you want...

I assume that you are able to get google.com based on the tabs shown in your screenshot. Try this and let us know the result - go to google.com and search "microsoft". click on the microsoft.com link in the google results page. if you get the same result, then it looks like something is blocking you from accessing m$.com, others have already suggested what to do

Is this happening every time? Because sometimes chrome does that without any reason. It is only serious if happenning every day, every time.
